With every purchase, you automatically accept the following conditions.


Prices and payment

All prices are stated incl. VAT and in Danish kroner. You can pay with Dankort, Visa-Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, cards from Forbrugsforeningen and via MobilePay. We do not charge fees. You receive an order confirmation per. e-mail. Payment will not be deducted until we ship your goods. Invoice is sent to your e-mail.


Can I transfer money to you?

As an alternative to the above payment methods, we offer that you can transfer money to our account.

Security when buying online

When you pay with a payment card or credit card, your card information is sent directly to DIBS (Danish Internet Payment Service). All communication between you and DIBS is encrypted so that no one can intercept the information you enter. Therefore, the security is at the same high level as when you withdraw money in a Dankort machine.



You can, free of charge, pick up your goods at Højervej 16, 6280 Højer. If you want your goods delivered to your private address in Denmark (on all bridged islands), your goods will be delivered by our transport partner from Thor Trans. An employee from Thor Trans will contact you by phone the day before delivery.

- For purchases for less than DKK 999, the delivery price is DKK 100.
- For purchases between DKK 1,000 - DKK 2,999, the delivery price is DKK 390.
- For purchases over DKK 3,000, the delivery price is DKK 3,000.

For smaller shipments such as bedding, lamps, blankets and accessories, we ship with GLS. Delivery costs are determined based on the size and price of the item. The specific delivery price is stated before the purchase of the item on our webshop.



It is a good idea to fold the packaging and store it until you have decided on your purchase.

For delivery to non-bridged islands, please contact LIFETIME Kidsrooms on + 45 74 78 22 58, to agree on the delivery time, delivery method and price.
All our orders are delivered by different trucks, and therefore it is not possible to get an exact delivery time within the specified time of day.

It is not possible to call the driver directly. If you have provided a telephone number for your order, a freight forwarder will call you the day before delivery.



LIFETIME Kidsrooms expects - when delivering furniture - a 7-14 day delivery time from order day to delivery to your private address. If your order is delayed, you will be contacted by email or telephone by our customer service department. Customer service is not open on weekends and public holidays.

When you order your furniture at LIFETIME Kidsrooms, you can choose to pick up your items at Højervej 16, Sdr. Sejerslev, 6280 Højer.

Upon receipt of your goods, we recommend that you check whether they are the right goods that you have received and that they do not have visible damage. If everything is as expected, a Thor Trans employee will ask you to acknowledge receipt of your goods.

If the packaging is damaged, or has other visible signs of defect, you should only acknowledge receipt on the consignment note, subject to any damage to the contents. Alternatively, do not receive the item and ask the driver to take it back.

If an item, after unpacking, turns out to be damaged or defective, please contact LIFETIME Kidsroom's customer service department. Our customer service department will, together with you, find a solution.

For evidentiary reasons, please contact our customer service within 5 days of receipt.


Construction guarantee of 5 years

We offer a construction guarantee of 5 years on all our beds in our range, with the exception of beds from the program Cool Kids. We also offer a 5 year warranty on all mattresses from LIFETIME Kidsrooms.

As a consumer, you have a 24-month right of complaint according to the Purchase Act. On all items, except beds and mattresses, you have a 2-year warranty at LIFETIME Kidsrooms. The extended 5-year warranty applies to the purchase of beds and mattresses.


Right of complaint

When you, as a consumer, shop at LIFETIME Kidsrooms, you have a 24 month right to make a complaint. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, money back or a reduction in the price. This depends on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.

You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the item. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipment so we can refund your shipping costs.

Complaints - furniture

If you want to make a complaint about your furniture, we ask you to send an e-mail to webshop@lifetime.dk Here we ask you to describe the problem and send an attached picture of the furniture's defective parts. If you have the opportunity to write exactly which parts are in question, you are very welcome to do this (the name of the specific part). This way, it is easier for us to send the correct parts to your household. We will send, without charge, the missing or defective parts to your private address.

All complaints are sent to webshop@lifetime.dk. Fill out and attach ours complaint form, if you want to advertise.

Complaints - small items

If you wish to make a complaint about smaller items from LIFETIME Kidsrooms (items sent with GLS), send a written inquiry to webshop@lifetime.dk. Here we ask you to describe the problem and send an attached picture of the item defective. If you have the opportunity to write exactly what is wrong with the item, you are very welcome to do this. In this way, we can rectify any defects in the future, as well as assess the product's defects in the best possible way.

When you return the item, please describe the problem in as much detail as possible and attach a photo as documentation for the complaint. We do not receive packages without delivery or packages sent by post. cash on delivery. We ask you to attachthe complaint form in an email to webshop@lifetime.dk, if you want to use your right of complaint.


Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. In the case of an order where several items have been ordered and some are delivered individually, the cancellation period does not take effect until the last item is in your physical possession.

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of sending one or more items back, even if they were purchased in one order.

Please note that you will not be reimbursed for shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase.

You should, within 14 days of receipt, notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given to webshop@lifetime.dk by using the cancellation form, which we ask you to attach in the email. In your message to webshop@lifetime.dk, we ask you to make us aware that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Here you can fill inthe cancellation form. The cancellation form is filled in and attached in an email to webshop@lifetime.dk

You can not regret by refusing to receive the item without giving us clear notice of this.

You can also cancel the purchase by giving clear notice and delivering the goods in person at the above address.
We do not receive packages without delivery or packages sent by post. cash on delivery.



You must send your order back to us, without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You bear the direct costs in connection with the return of the item. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery of the item.

Lack of original packaging may be an impairment. To be sure of receiving all your money back, it is recommended that the item be returned in original packaging.

Some items, by their nature, cannot be returned by regular mail. This applies to furniture that cannot be shipped with GLS.

When returning furniture, we ask you to contact Thor Trans, who can pick up and return your furniture. You can find contact information for Thor Trans at www.thortrans.dk. The cost of return is expected to amount to a maximum of DKK 450.

Items that are manufactured according to the consumer's unique specifications with a clear personal touch are exempt from the right of withdrawal (cannot be undone and returned).


The condition of the item when you send it back

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the product, which is due to a different handling than what is necessary to determine the product's nature, properties and way in which it works.
You is allowed to try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but do not take it into actual use.
If the item has been tried, in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only get part or none of the purchase amount back (depending on the item's commercial value).


Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, it will get back the amount you paid us. In the event of an impairment (for which you are liable) this will be deducted from the purchase amount.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any case no later than 7 days from the date on which we have received notification of your decision to cancel this agreement, or from we have received any. returned furniture.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable. Delivery costs in connection with your purchase are not refundable. We will make a refund using the same form of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to receive another refund method.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item, unless you have provided proof of returning it before then.

Pictures and colors

We have done our best to ensure that the description and specifications of the products are correct, and that the reproduction and reproduction of color is as accurate as the production and the photographic process allow. However, we are not responsible for color variations caused by browser software or computer systems used by the customer.

Right of appeal
