White lacquered
In LIFETIME Kidsroom's white-lacquered products, solid pine wood without knots is used, which is why typical discolouration is avoided. The surface is treated with a white water-based furniture varnish, which ensures you a clean and resistant surface, at the same time with the security of an environmentally conscious choice. In our white lacquered beds, we use MDF for front panels, fillings, doors and drawer fronts. Due to different materials, slight color differences may occur.
White pigmented varnish
In our white-pigmented products, we use solid pine wood with knots for all parts of the bed, which enhances the furniture and the wood's natural expression. The surface of the wood is treated with water-based varnish to which white pigments have been added, which results in a bright and natural appearance in the structure of the wood.
The white pigmented varnish leaves the surface with open pores, which can result in slight discolouration. However, it can easily be freshened up with our whitening kit.
