With the sturdy stairs on the side, you can get in easily and you can also store all your cool stuff in there.
The space under the house bed can be used for a cozy nook, desk or you can make it a play corner with friends. The advantage of a medium-high bed is that you have a little more height under your bed than you have in a half-high bed.
